Biographical Information:

Bob has over 35 years of research, consulting, sales, and leadership experience with several major international animal feed manufacturing companies. He has published two research theses, seven scientific articles, numerous sales and technical articles, taught several college classes, company technical training classes, and company sales classes. He has been actively teaching and leading in various local churches with age groups from six years to senior adults. He is a gifted teacher and especially enjoys working with missions and youth. Bob and Ann Highfill Rosser have been married for over forty years. They have two children and two granddaughters and a new grandson.

Lee Graham
Lee is a native Oklahoman, the son of an oil field worker. He graduated from Barnsdall High School and enlisted in the U. S. Army, serving with the occupation forces in Japan . He attended the University of Tulsa and retired from Oklahoma Natural Gas Company as Manager of Customer Service after 39 years. He was a member of the Lions Club for 35 years, holding several elected positions including two terms as president. He has served on various Tulsa city and county committees including the Mayor's Safety Committee and the first City-County Air Pollution Committee. He has worked with city, state, federal, legal, and industry officials developing and implementing standards and codes for the gas industry. Lee has been a long time church leader and teacher and is currently serving as Community Group Leader for the Adult 55+ Group at the Church at Battle Creek . Lee and Lois Wilkerson Graham have been happily married for many years. They have three daughters, twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Dave Sanders is a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma. The son of a Tulsa Fire Fighter, Dave graduated from Will Rogers High School. He attended Northeastern State University for undergraduate core curriculum and then transferred to the University of Oklahoma in order to complete his degree in Civil Engineering in 1971. Dave worked in the Research and Development Division of the Oklahoma Department of Transportation; in Alaska where he directed construction of a portion of the all-weather highway precedent to construction of the Alyeska Pipeline; and with the Tulsa District Corps of Engineers involved in relocation of small towns and infrastructure prior to impoundment of flood control and water supply dams. After several years in the private sector, Dave incorporated his firm, Sanders Engineering, Inc. in 1990, and has been active in commercial and private development. As a Consulting Engineer Dave is in responsible charge for the design of site work and infrastructure in addition to land planning, zoning and platting of property.
Biographical Information:
Dave is active in the Community with positions on various advisory boards; and, has been in active church service since becoming a believer in 1969. Dave’s primary Spiritual Gift is teaching, and he currently leads an adult community group in The Church at Battle Creek, a Southern Baptist Church.
Education:

Special Studies include Arctic and Cold Regions Engineering; Hydraulics of Drainage Structures; Pavement Design; Behavior of Clay Soils; and Smart Growth in Urban Planning. 30 Professional Development hours per year as required for licensure.
Dave and Sandra Louise (Sandi) Sanders have enjoyed a blessed and happy marriage since December of 1965. Sandi has been his helper, encourager, completer, partner and best friend.
